PuzzleGuys apps do not collect any personally identifiable information from your mobile device.

ADS

Depending on which version of the app you’re using, it may connect to our servers to retrieve advertising. Information about ad impressions, taps and installs are collected for statistical purposes.

We serve ads using Chartboost and AdMob.

We also use Google Analytics to gather aggregated usage data to help us improve our app. We do not collect any personally identifiable information.

When you make an in-app purchase, the app store for your device may collect personal information from you.

If you provide us with an email address, we will only use it to contact you about PuzzleGuys related news. We do not share this information with anyone outside of the PuzzleGuys team.

ANDROID PERMISSIONS

The following is an explanation of the required permissions to install PuzzleGuys apps from the Google Play store. Not all apps need all of these listed permissions.

android.permission.INTERNET

Needs access to internet to retrieve ads and open More Games links.

android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS

Needed for connection to Google Play Services.

android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

Needed to save the game progress.

android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION

Needed by ad provider to determine the device’s location. The API returns the location with an accuracy approximately equivalent to a city block.

android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

Used to check if an internet connection is available.

android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE

Used to check if an internet connection is available.

android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE

Our apps use advertisements in order to keep them free. Our apps themselves do not actually need the READ_PHONE_STATE and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions, only the ad provider does. In order to find out more, please consult privacy policies of our aforementioned ad providers.

android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS

Used to log into Google Game Services.
